The membership fee for the loyalty program is $365 and must be paid in full. It cannot be split into installments or combined with other payment plans. Upon payment, your membership will become active and valid for 365 days from the initial payment date. By signing you agree to automatic renewal at the end of the 365-day period. If you wish to cancel your membership subscription, please inform Olean Dental Studio via email30 days prior to the renewal date. Refunds are at the discretion of management and may be requested before receiving any benefits of the plan, such as discounted or no-charge services.
