James had a PFM crown (Porcelain Fused to Metal) and he wasn't happy with the way it looked. The metal underneath the porcelain was visible and he wanted a more natural look. Dr. De La Paz was able to do a beautiful fully porcelain crown on him and he's super happy with how it looks!
